The date for Eid ul Fitr (1438H) is expected to fall on Sunday 25th or Monday 26th June 2017.
Because the Islamic calendar is lunar and thus based on the appearance of the new moon, the dates are subject to the sighting of the new moon, which is announced by Islamic Cultural Centre UK (Regents Park Mosque).
